All returns require authorization by a customer service representative within 30 days of the delivery date. Sorry, unauthorized returns will be refused.
You have 30 days from the date of your delivery to return your order for a full refund. Sale items and mark-downs are final sale and cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of shipping, however, if your item is damaged upon arrival please contact us and send it back free of shipping charges for replacement or full refund.
Once your return has been authorized, please include your shipping label and invoice in the original package. Indicate the item(s) being returned and the reason for your return.
Once we have received your item, a refund will be issued. Refunds take 7-10 business days to be processed.
